Amber Hart

I’m proud to call Arizona home.  I was born and raised right here in the Valley of the Sun. For more than twenty years, I’ve lived, worked, and raised my family in the Cave Creek/Carefree and North Scottsdale communities that I love so much.  My children grew up in Cave Creek embracing the great outdoors.  To this day, you can always find one of the Harts mountain biking on the trails, wakesurfing at Bartlett Lake, hiking Black Mountain, or jogging in the neighborhood.

Before real estate, I earned my teaching degree from Northern Arizona University and spent years as an elementary school teacher. That experience taught me the value of communication, organization, and patience, lots of patience!.  Qualities that naturally carried over into my real estate career. My husband and I have owned a general contracting company for over 20 years, Hart Design Build, where I learned the ins and outs of home construction, remodeling, and design. That background gives me a deep appreciation for every detail that goes into a home and allows me to guide my clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and care. That experience also provides my clients a trusted advocate with an eye for quality, value, and potential.

What I’ve learned over the years is that real estate is truly about people and relationships. Helping my clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions is something I take to heart. My goal is always to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.  I’m hands-on with every detail, from staging, prepping the home to show at it's best, and marketing to negotiating and bring it to a smooth close, because I truly believe that exceptional service is built on consistency, communication, and trust.  My business is built on relationships, not just transactions.
