I actually met Ami at an open house and I liked him right away. We kept in touch, and he sent me listings he thought would interest me. When I found a place I liked, I contacted him. Within the hour, we were looking at the condo! Within 3 hours we had an offer, along with a pre-approval letter he helped me quickly get from a lender. Ami also wrote a beautiful letter to send along with the offer. There were a bunch of other offers, and the place was only on the market for a couple days. We were first to make an offer and the seller accepted! 30 days later, I had a home! I literally knew nothing about buying a house because it was my first. Ami was so helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. During the whole process he made sure I was getting everything I wanted and gave me advice on what things to ask the seller to cover, what we should ask to have fixed, etc. My work schedule is kind of hectic, but Ami did everything he could to make things work out for me. I was even out of the country for 2 weeks on vacation during escrow, but he kept in touch and reassured me everything was going smoothly. I'm so grateful that Ami was my agent during this whole exciting process. He really made it as painless and stress free as buying your first home could be.
