Ami Singh is a Broker Associate with extensive experience in the Los Angeles and Orange County market.

He not only ensures his clients find the property of their dreams, he also focuses on maximizing the value of every residential and commercial property his clients invest in. Drawing on a decade of experience as a developer and investor he sees opportunities where many do not. He has worked on a diverse range of projects from single family homes to a 1 million sq. ft. mixed-use development containing a Hi Rise Condo Tower, new commercial space and an Art Deco era Power Plant repositioned to an office.

Prior to being a Broker Associate, he represented pension funds and sovereign wealth funds to ensure their investments in Real Estate were profitable. His specific duties entailed acquiring existing buildings or land and developing them into new profitable residential, apartment, retail and office projects. These projects took Ami across the country which enables him to quickly assess a properties maximum value regardless of where it is located. His clients like that no matter where they are purchasing or selling, they have confidence in his due-diligence and ability to secure a deal.

Ami Singh is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and a BS in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning. He also studied at Santa Chiara in the historic Italian town of Castiglion Fiorentino outside of Florence. When Ami is not busy with work you can find him spending time with family, volunteering with Habitat-ForHumanity; looking for investment property, hiking, and attending classic car shows!
