"Forget Amina being an excellent real estate agent, Amina is first a gem of a human being. The seller in my case was not a very good person and tried his level best trying to get the earnest money from me by cheating me-- I had requested the seller to do a few minor fixes (missing tiles in porch, fixing a wooden plank) and stated all that clearly in the purchase agreement which the seller needed to fix by the date of transaction, which he didn't. Amina instead took care of those fixes and never charged me a dime. The seller also tried playing his last dirty trick by calling at 10 am on the day of the transaction (without fulfilling the repairs needed to make the deal final) and threatening that if I hadn't paid that day, he would take my earnest money. Amina made all the arrangements to make sure the transaction went through. Apart from this Amina, is also a keen observer who kept a close eye on what my fiancee and I wanted in a house. She also actively kept looking for houses at our budget and neighborhoods we liked. She informed us about things like hardwood floorings, window blinds, bathroom fittings, electrical appliances, etc. One thing to note about Amina is that her after sales support if absolutely outstanding. The seller left a few things here and there like not giving the mail box keys, which Amina kept following up with me asking if I got it fixed. She also told me that she would pay for any expenses that I would have to incur for the repairs."
