Amit Tripathi leads the investment division of NATE(Neha Avasthi Triangle Estates), giving real estate investors in the Triangle a true one-stop shop—from providing real estate services to connecting them with the best lenders, inspectors, Title search experts, attorneys and property management partners. 

Amit spent over 25 years in FinTech industry and he brings that same rigor to real estate: a technical, numbers-first approach to evaluating deals, paired with the discipline of someone who has managed risk and capital at scale for decades. That combination is the foundation of how he works with investors today. 

At his core, Amit believes financial freedom isn't a matter of luck, but of discipline. He's has spent years helping others think more clearly about their real estate investments, and at NATE that shows up as a straightforward investment philosophy: build wealth deliberately, through disciplined real estate investments.
