I was referred to Amy and worked with her before and during a weekend visit to find a place. Prior to my visit, she was very communicative, searched for and sent details on many properties for me to consider, and also investigated any listings I found and sent. Amy set scheduled several viewings for the weekend I came up. While in town, she met with me to view several properties and liaised with listing agents and owners to set up additional viewings and confirm property and leasing details. Amy was checking for new listings that met my criteria each day I was there and this resulted in me being the first to view the property when it came up. It is a great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood and meets all the specifications I was looking for. She consistently communicated with the leasing agent for this apartment and another property I was considering. Amy clarified details with the listing agents, provided me with great guidance and insight, and ensured I had all the information I needed to choose the apartment that was the best fit for me. Once I decided on the apartment, the lease was sent to me promptly, Amy answered any questions I had, and I was able to sign quickly.
