I personally purchased my first home in 2002, and have since been involved with many remodel projects, teardowns, and flips to help my clients maximize their sale price. After getting my BA from UC Santa Barbara and my MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (now Arizona State University), I worked in tech for more than a decade at fortune 500 and start-ups like HP, Gartner, and Experian. I managed market research and competitive analysis, online marketing, and IT management consulting. In 2011, I made the leap into real estate and running my own business. I quickly succeeded at becoming a top Realtor at Coldwell Banker and then Redfin by listing and selling homes. Last year alone, I completed around $30 million of real estate transactions.
