Before transitioning to real estate, she spent over 20 years producing documentaries and unscripted television. This extensive background taught her invaluable skills in building trust, negotiating complex contracts, and successfully managing projects with numerous moving parts. She applies this same calm, organized, and solutions-driven approach to serve her clients through all of life's chapters. Amy has a particular affinity for working with first-time buyers, providing them with the clarity needed to navigate a competitive market. She serves as a steady partner, guiding them through the inevitable challenges on the road to homeownership. With a background in journalism and a degree in Architecture History & Theory from Barnard/Columbia, Amy possesses a strong eye for space, design, and potential. This expertise is especially valuable when advising clients on the pre-war homes prevalent in Northern New Jersey communities. Although originally from California, Amy has firmly put down roots in the area. Her personal experience with relocating and starting fresh informs her commitment to providing thoughtful guidance and strong advocacy for every client making a similar leap. When she steps away from work, Amy can often be found out with her Boston Terrier and planning the family's next adventure!"
