An avid equestrian, she spends much of her free time horseback riding and competing in Eventing—a sport that demands focus, determination, and a sense of humor when things don’t go as planned. When she’s not in the saddle, you’ll often find her exploring new destinations, savoring local cuisines, or whipping up something delicious at home. Amy also cherishes time with her family, two dogs, a cat, and the endless adventures they share on their small horse property, surrounded by animals, open space, and the great outdoors.
