I was raised in Palo Alto and have spent my life in and around its neighborhoods, markets, and architecture. That long view—of how homes evolve, hold value, and shape people’s lives—continues to inform how I advise clients today.

I entered the real estate business in 2009, at the height of the financial crisis. While many agents avoided complexity, I leaned into it—earning short sale certifications and becoming a go-to resource for clients facing difficult situations. Every short sale I handled was successfully approved. No foreclosures. Hundreds of hours of negotiation. That experience permanently shaped how I work: calm under pressure, relentless when it matters, and always honest about the realities of a deal.

Over the course of my career—first as a top-producing solo agent, then as a principal agent on one of the Peninsula’s leading teams, and now once again as an independent advisor—I’ve represented more than $850 million in Peninsula real estate. My clients have ranged from first-time buyers and families putting down roots to founders and senior executives navigating complex, high-stakes decisions. I have been consistently ranked by RealTrends among the top half of the top 1% of agents in California and nationally by sales volume. What matters most to me, though, are the long-standing client relationships—many now more than a decade old—that continue well beyond a single transaction.

Today, my value to clients is straightforward: sharp negotiation, clear strategy, fast communication, and thoughtful, effective marketing—without noise or ego.

I live in Palo Alto with my wife and daughters. Outside of real estate, I enjoy boxing, following the 49ers, and heading into the city to see live music—interests that keep me grounded, competitive, and deeply connected to the community I serve.
