In 2024 alone, Amy and her team closed 134 transactions totaling $475 million in closed and pending sales—an impressive $208 million of which were off-market, demonstrating their reach, discretion, and command of Dallas’s competitive luxury market.

Detwiler + Wood recently surpassed a landmark $3 billion in total sales volume, reinforcing their long-standing dominance in the Dallas residential space. Amy’s ability to deliver results stems from her extensive background in commercial real estate, development and commercial financing working with global investment banking leader Nomura Securities.

Amy’s entry into residential real estate was equally impactful—she was named Rookie of the Year within six months of transitioning into the field, setting the foundation for her rise into one of the top luxury agents in Dallas.
