In 2024 alone, Amy and her team closed 126 transactions totaling over $400 million in closed and pending sales—an impressive 48% of which were off-market, demonstrating their reach, discretion, and command of Dallas’s competitive luxury market.

Amy’s ability to deliver results stems from her extensive background in commercial real estate, development and commercial financing working with global investment banking leader Nomura Securities.

Amy’s entry into residential real estate was equally impactful—she was named Rookie of the Year within six months of transitioning into the field, setting the foundation for her rise into one of the top luxury agents in Dallas.
