"We are so thankful that we had Amy to coach us through our first home buying experience. After several brief interactions with less than adequate realtors, we knew Amy was a keeper when she pointed out some of her concerns to us with a home we were considering. Amy gave us great guidance when we received a borderline insulting counter offer on our first contract and took us around to view additional properties on several rainy afternoons until we found our dream home. With Amy's gentle guidance, we were able to hit almost every homebuying milestone early, our documents were perfect and the whole process was seamless. The hardest part was waiting until closing because we completed everything so quickly and had time to spare! 15/10 Would recommend." - Heather
"Amy was our buyer's agent and she is - in a word - amazing. From start to finish, she provided expert guidance and assistance. She made the homebuying process a breeze! (No small feat!) My husband and I are grateful for her assistance - we strongly recommend her!" - Gretchen
" I had a great experience working with Amy in searching for and buying a condo this past year! Amy was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Although I was a first time buyer, Amy was patient and walked me through the process. Amy was very knowledgeable of the Arlington/DC area. I was surprised at how painless the experience of buying a home was but much of the credit should go to Amy and her office. "
"Amy is very friendly, approachable and professional to work with. She was very flexible to make meetings work, and always took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home, and explain the buying process to me. Besides her realty knowledge, she is also very helpful with neighborhood recommendations, and home styles. She was also very thorough with communications to me, lenders, agents, and all parties included and even helped to keep my bank loan on track. She is a true pleasure to work with!"
"Amy was great at helping my husband and I find a home that fit our needs and had the little extras that each of us were hoping for. She kept us in budget, and offered options that we would have never thought of ourselves. It was an amazing experience, and I plan on working with her again when we are ready for a larger home."

Buyers benefit from her love of researching neighborhoods and properties and using a well-trained eye for deciphering potential and finding their most ideal home.
