Amy Goodman

Prior to joining Compass, Amy was part of Monica Pauli's team at Coldwell Banker for many years and is dedicated to supporting their clients through their real estate transactions with the highest degree of service and professional expertise. Along with assisting Monica in preparing a property for marketing, she coordinates all the details on disclosure documents, inspections, and the escrow process.

As a valued member of Monica’s team, Amy concentrates on helping achieve our Buyers’ goals. Amy’s major focus is researching the market and viewing properties in order to find the perfect home or investment property for our clients in every price range.

Prior to Coldwell Banker, she was a Buyer for Macy’s and owned her own chain of 15 Beauty Supply stores. She is very active in Community Theater, sings lead with an award-winning women’s a capella chorus and is a tutor for Bridge the Gap, an organization that works with children at risk in Marin City.
