I handle real estate across the Denver metro area, from $220K condos up to $2.2M+ single-family homes. While I cover the whole north-south corridor, I focus heavily on central Denver—specifically 80210, 80209, 80206, 80222, and 80218.

My approach is simple: I provide my professional opinions, guide you through the process, connect them with trusted resources, and work with you to identify the values that drive your decisions. Real estate can be a bumpy road, and it goes a lot smoother with a little grace on all sides. I also absolutely protect the business side of things. Buying or selling a home is often one of the largest financial investments of a lifetime, and I never lose sight of the weight of that decision.

Two specific Denver areas I have a special affinity for are Ogden St and Cory-Merrill. I’ve worked with clients who've bought homes and sold homes right at 13th and Ogden (80218), as well as another client who sold their property close to the NE corner of Wash Park, on Ogden (80209)... I guess you could consider me, Your Ogden Broker! I also live in a classic 1940s home in Denver's Cory-Merrill neighborhood (80210). I have a huge appreciation for the original post-war houses here—what I affectionately call the 'Cory-Merrill Minis'—and I use #loveCMminis to highlight them.

A significant part of my focus is also supporting women going through one of the hardest transitions in life: divorce. Having been through it myself, I know what it feels like when the literal and figurative foundation of 'home' is completely rocked.
