Before embarking on her real estate career, Amy spent 15 years in Human Resources Management. She credits her years in HR with giving her that special insight into understanding people and their motivations. She can listen effectively and help her customers and clients achieve levels of understanding that enable them to make effective and satisfying decisions when it comes to buying or selling. Transitioning from HR to real estate sales was easy since they both rely on developing trust relationships and delivering the desired outcome.

If you were to ask any of Amy’s clients to describe her key characteristics, they would uniformly point out her energy, laser focus on determining their needs and priorities, detail orientation and analytical ability, and follow-through. Amy's expertise and experience handling every kind of real estate transaction…from short sales and foreclosures to traditional sales and listings has made her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers.

Amy is a native New Yorker who made the move to Florida in 2005. Growing up in a northwest suburb of New York City, she spent her summers in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. But she’s not just a "New Yorker", having earned her B.S. in Business at Indiana University where she became comfortable attaching the label of "Hoosier" to her signature! Having relocated her family from the North, Amy feels extremely comfortable helping others make a similar transition. She loves the Florida sunshine and all that the Florida lifestyle offers. So when working with out-of-state buyers, she is ready and able to assist them in making a smooth transition and becoming part of this Florida community immediately.

Amy enjoys spending her recreational time at the beach, boating, bike riding, playing tennis, or taking Pilates classes. But this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how she spends her time. When she is not working, you can often find her watching her daughters play lacrosse. She is a tireless volunteer with a wide variety of charitable and community causes. They say, “If you want a job done well, give it to a busy person.” Well, that is precisely why Amy is so effectively involved. She seems to handle a multitude of things with ease, grace, and conviction. But, in the end, her highest priority and joy is raising her 2 daughters, ages 15 and 17, and "third child", Cody, a rambunctious Yellow Lab!
