Michael's expertise in commercial real estate, multifamily, office, retail, NNN, and income properties is exceptional, and his clients appreciate his steady guidance and superior market knowledge. With strong financial and analytical skills, he understands the market changes and evolution.
Whether it's selling, buying, or finding high-quality, long-term tenants, Michael excels in delivering results. He is particularly adept at guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process and helping them navigate the evolving landscape to capture opportunities in residential, commercial, creative office space, and live-work environments.

A distinguished graduate of Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School, Michael also studied economics and accounting at U.C. Santa Cruz. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his rare off-time enjoying activities such as surfing, fishing, and is an active member of the Ojai Golf Club.
