Amy Martin

Amy has long-standing roots in Tennessee beginning with her childhood in Pulaski. For the past 36 years, she has lived in Franklin where she raised three children and navigated both private and public-school systems. Amy got her BS in Home Economics at the University of Mississippi and is still a proud supporter of all things Hotty Toddy! 

With over 20 years of being a professional real estate agent, Amy understands that finding a home is much more than just that. It's about finding a community where you can plant roots and find family within the neighborhood of those around you, while ensuring the needs of your family are accounted for in a new area. 

As a true southerner, Amy will be one of the first people to welcome you into the Greater Nashville community with her warm southern hospitality, which starts the moment of contact. For Amy this is not just a "process." It's the beginning of a new relationship. With that mentality, Amy will care for you as she would family starting with your first conversation. She'll celebrate alongside of you during the closing and continue to support you afterwards to ensure you feel at home and rooted in your new town or neighborhood. Given her longstanding knowledge and first-hand experience of both the public and private school systems in the Franklin area, Amy will be able to answer far more than just your real estate needs. 

Amy specializes in the Greater Nashville area, Davidson County and Williamson County with an emphasis on Brentwood, Franklin and Spring Hill. She prides herself in providing transparent communication, high availability and honesty in all her client relationships. This has been proven given her business has been based on referrals, and her repeat business has been rated as "outstanding," which is the highest compliment. Amy remembers the value in a handshake but continues to stay on top of technology. 

Outside of work, Amy is married to Rick Martin and together they enjoy spending time with their three children: Maggie, Will and Sam, and two grandchildren: Jackson and Charlie. Amy also enjoys the beach, traveling with girlfriends, and is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Franklin.
