For starters, I think it's significant that the very first house that Amy showed my wife is the one that we bought--and we thought that this was only an exploratory first run at Circle C and that we'd be buying only later. Amy certainly had a good instinct for what we'd like, even though we'd never met before, and this house is so perfect for our needs that we just had to jump on it right away! Before that Amy had learned something about our preferences and needs by consulting with us, and it was very helpful to receive, via email, the Compass screened listings of Circle C homes that met some of those needs (until we found the one that met all of them).
