Amy Powers is a proud mom and a realtor with a heart for helping families find the perfect place to call home. With her oldest now in high school, she's spent over a decade mastering the art of juggling schedules, resolving conflicts, and managing the unexpected, all while keeping their busy household running smoothly.

These years as a hands-on parent have shaped her into a natural problem-solver, skilled communicator, and highly organized multitasker. Whether it’s coordinating a full calendar of school, sports, and activities, or making tough decisions on the fly, she brings the same calm, thoughtful, and proactive approach to helping clients navigate the real estate process. Most recently, she worked as a real estate assistant at the McDowell Homes Group, where she gained hands-on experience supporting transactions, managing client communications, and understanding the ins and outs of today’s real estate market. That experience inspired her to take the leap and become a licensed agent working closely with her mentors at the McDowell Homes Group.

She's passionate about guiding others through one of life’s biggest transitions, buying or selling a home; and committed to making the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible. She brings a fresh perspective all while staying fair yet firm. While Amy helps clients at all stages of life, she holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, which means she has undergone advanced training to navigate the unique financial and emotional challenges of homeowners aged 50 plus. With that she understands that for many of her clients, a move isn't just a transaction—it's a major life transition. She provides a compassionate, no-pressure approach.
