Licensed in 2019 and having sold hundreds of homes across Nashville, Amy is known for her calm, educational approach. She works primarily with first-time buyers, young professionals, Millennials and Gen Z, helping them navigate the market with confidence and make smart long-term decisions.

In 2025 alone, Amy helped her clients save over $305,000 through strategic negotiation.

Amy works with buyers across Nashville, with particular experience in North Nashville, East Nashville, and other growing neighborhoods where clients can build equity over time. She focuses on helping people think strategically about their purchase to support their long-term financial goals.

Much of Amy’s business comes from referrals, which she considers the biggest compliment.

Outside of real estate, Amy was previously an Airbnb Superhost, giving her firsthand experience with short term rentals, real estate investing, and property management. She is also a proud partner of Homes4Homes, a nonprofit building safe housing in developing countries.

When she’s not working, Amy loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring Nashville’s coffee, food, and bar scene.
