Licensed in 2019, Amy has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell homes across the Greater Nashville Area. In her first two years on a top-producing team, she played a key role in closing over 75 transactions, totaling $35 million in home sales. After honing her skills, Amy went solo in 2022 and has since been named a top agent in her office six times (Parks West Nashville, 2022), as well as a finalist for the National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Award (2024). 

Specializing in guiding millennials through their first and second home purchases and sales, Amy is passionate about making real estate approachable and stress-free. With deep expertise in the Nashville market, a strong local network, and a no-B.S. approach, she ensures her clients feel informed and protected every step of the way. Amy brings a budget-conscious mindset and strategic negotiation to every transaction, aiming to provide the same level of care and transparency she would want in her own journey. More than just closing deals, she focuses on building lasting relationships—which has been a blessing in growing her strong referral-based business.

Outside of real estate, Amy is an Enneagram 7 through and through, always looking for the next adventure. She’s an investor, Airbnb Superhost, and a proud partner of Homes4Homes, supporting their mission to build safe housing in developing countries. A travel-lover, some of her favorite trips so far include Tanzania, Argentina, Italy and France.

Passionate about educating not just clients, but fellow agents as well, Amy founded Modern Mentor in 2025—an affordable, on-demand coaching platform and community for agents in their first five years in the business.
