About Amy
Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Amy earned her degree in organizational communication with a focus in economics before relocating to Music City. After gaining marketing experience in Nashville's music industry, Amy partnered with her real estate mentor in 2019, purchasing her first home and obtaining her real estate license at the age of 22. Within her initial two years in the industry, Amy played a pivotal role in over 75 transactions, amounting to $35 million in home sales, transforming her love of homes and dedication to service into a career.
Driven by a passion for educating first-time buyers, Amy and her mentor-turned-partner, Jessica, launched a monthly home buying class called The How To Buy A House Class™. In addition to developing a mobile app, podcast and website with easily digestible resources for home buyers, Amy has helped secure partnerships with top Realtors in over 30 markets to expand the classes nationwide. As CEO of The How To Buy A House Class™, Amy spearheads business strategy and brand development, eager to educate and empower homebuyers. In addition to growing The How To Buy A House Class™, Amy achieved the title of top agent in her office at Parks six times in 2022 before making the move to Compass in late 2023. Specializing in first-time homebuyers and investors, she serves clients personally in Nashville and across the country through referral partners. Amy views each home-buying and selling journey as a unique experience rooted in client relationships, communication, organization and transparency.
