Amy Sucoff

Born, raised, and long-time resident of Newton, Amy is a Newtonian, through and through.  After graduating from George Washington University, she quickly returned to her roots and started a career in advertising, she met and married her husband, an attorney, and raised 2 girls in Newton.  Amy has always had a passion for real estate but shifted into high gear after her children were in High School.

 

Extremely creative and uber organized, Amy enjoys the nitty gritty details of home preparation and sales.  She has developed a handful of properties in Newton which provides the experience and understanding of what it takes to build from the ground up or renovate a home. Her eye for detail and understanding of today’s buyers, enhances her ability to help advise sellers on the most appropriate home improvements prior to listing. Her attention to detail, staging and creative eye, consistently lead to over-asking sale prices and satisfied clients.

 

Amy’s strong knowledge of Newton’s Inspectional services department, regulations, zoning and permitting helps clients coordinate the small details that are intrinsic to the buying or selling process. 

 

After 7 years at a small boutique firm in Newton, Amy and her partner, Debbie Drucker, have recently joined Compass as The Drucker Group.

 

When she is not helping buyers find their dream home or helping sellers prepare their home for sale, she enjoys golfing, exercising, organizing, decluttering (her home or yours) and spending time with her family and friends.
