"Amy Sugden is fantastic. My partner met Amy first at the open house and raved about how great she was the minute he came home (as well as how much he loved the house!). I then met her a few days later to see the house and also knew we were in good hands. We ended up putting in an offer right then and there with her. Amy was knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process, too, and she works really well under pressure! We had a bit of a nightmare situation where the sellers weren't fully moved out yet on the day of closing and we didn't know ahead of time. She calmed me down the minute I got there and told me we were going to figure this out. She handled it all with professionalism and quickly resolved the situation in terms of the best way to move forward. I felt confident under Amy's guidance and knew she had our best interest at heart!
