About Amy
Amy Turner is a Broker in the real estate industry with a wealth of experience and a passion for building lasting relationships. Licensed as a Realtor in 2003, she began her career in the DallasāFort Worth metroplex, where she is currently an Associate Broker with Compass Texas. Formerly the Broker/Owner of the boutique firm Southern Collective Realty, she led the brokerage until November 2025, when the entire company transitioned to Compass. She leads a dynamic team prepared to assist both sellers and buyers at every stage of their real estate journey, operating with the highest level of service to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Before moving into real estate sales, she spent six years working in other areas of the industry. Her career began as an assistant relocation specialist with what is now Cartus. When home equity loans entered the Texas market in the late 1990s, she joined Travelers Bank and Trust as a mortgage processor, where her aptitude for problem-solving quickly led to a role as a loan originator. While she valued her time in the mortgage business, an opportunity to gain experience in property management further broadened her industry expertise.
She is deeply grateful for the breadth of her experience across the real estate landscape, which has made her a stronger advocate for her clients and a more effective mentor to the real estate agents she leads.
