Hello! I’m Amy Walsh. I’m a Principal Broker in Oregon and Broker in Washington, helping people buy, sell, relocate and invest throughout Portland Metro, Salem and Southwest Washington since 2015.
I’m a California native, but Oregon has been home for nearly 20 years. A significant part of my business comes from people relocating to the Portland area and Pacific Northwest, and I especially enjoy helping people who are trying to understand the differences between our cities, neighborhoods and communities — sometimes from across the country.
What I love most about real estate is the strategy behind it — understanding why one home sells while another sits, how dramatically neighborhoods can change within just a few blocks, and helping people make big financial decisions without making the process feel overwhelming. I’m straightforward with my clients and will always tell you what I think, even when it’s not necessarily what you were hoping I’d say. My job isn’t simply to get you to closing; it’s to help you make a decision you’ll still feel good about years from now.
I work throughout Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Salem, Vancouver and the surrounding Portland Metro and Southwest Washington communities. I also work alongside my husband and business partner, Ben Droukas, who has been in real estate since 2004. Together, our clients benefit from two experienced brokers, two perspectives and greater availability throughout the process while still receiving highly personal service.
Beyond working with clients, I’m actively involved in the real estate industry and in expanding access to homeownership. I currently serve as President-Elect of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (PMAR), where I’ll serve as President in 2027, and on the Oregon REALTORS® Board of Directors. I’ve also spent years volunteering with Portland Housing Center and am a Homes for Heroes designated agent.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and stepmom to three kids, dog mom to Honey and Sage, and a proud PNW resident who loves good food, travel and everything our region has to offer.
