Amy Martin

Amy Martin embodies what it means to be a people person, and it shows a great deal in the relationships she builds with her clients. She genuinely cares about others and listens to their needs, and puts those needs front and center each and every time.

Born and raised in Colorado, she is very knowledgeable and familiar with the market, which lends an extra advantage while selling or searching for the right home. She was at the top of her class in her real estate program, and continues to thrive in this environment. Amy chose Porchlight because she was seeking a brokerage with values that aligned with her own. She wanted a brokerage that focused on connection with clients, but also one that encouraged camaraderie and connection amongst the brokers within. She is proud to call Porchlight home, and is happy she found a place where can offer a full-service experience from start to finish.

When Amy is not working hard to serve her clients, she is often found fully submerged in the bluegrass community. She is a musician, a connector, and someone the community looks up to because she stays involved and supports others. She is on the board of directors for the Colorado Bluegrass Music Society, where she volunteers her time promoting and supporting those around her, and additionally hosts a beginner’s bluegrass jam monthly. She also runs a very prominent online community for mothers and childcare providers in Lakewood, where she currently resides with her husband of twenty years. She’s a mother, a good friend, and a hard worker.
