About Ana
A top producer with multiple awards and more than 20 years of experience, Ana Cuan is a widely respected Realtor in South Florida known for her unique approach, passion for people, and successful track record. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors in homes and condominiums throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with a focus on luxury properties in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Brickell, Miami Beach, and Kendall.

  With a degree from Florida International University and a ten-year career as an accountant, Ana started in real estate with Constructa, a French developer known for its award-winning retail center Cocowalk and Mary Brickell Village. This experience was pivotal, leading her to become a personal real estate investor and to found her own brokerage, Cuan and Associates, in 2004. Since then, her team has grown to include her two sons and achieved great success, eventually becoming its own entity within the Riley Smith Group in 2018. Ana’s professionalism and tenacious approach to client satisfaction are the reasons for her continued growth, with an optimism and passion for the industry that she shares with her children. She pairs high energy with hard work, relentlessly negotiating on behalf of her clients and bringing joy to the transaction.
