Laly is an experienced and successful real estate broker, with excellent knowledge of the
South Florida real estate market. Raised in Miami, Laly has deep roots in South Florida
and is perfectly fluent in English and Spanish. Over her 21-year real estate career Laly
has represented buyers and sellers of high-end residential properties, as well as
commercial properties and land. Laly has an exquisite personal touch, with which she
brings her knowledge and appreciation of our beautiful, vibrant, world-class community
to her friends and clients, old and new.

Laly’s experience encompasses a wide range of transactions in the luxury residential
market, as well as in commercial real estate. Laly has handled multi-million dollar
commercial transactions such as the purchase and sale of closed Walmart buildings in
Miami Lakes and Jacksonville; and the sale of multiple office buildings and
condominiums, shopping centers, and multi-family residential properties. Laly also has
extensive leasing experienced, having recently closed a 20-year lease of a Class A office
penthouse in Coral Gables. With extensive experience in residential real estate, Laly has
represented many buyers and sellers in Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove
in the last 21 years. As a person of impeccable integrity and high moral character, Laly
represents her clients in a professional and ethical manner, always keeping in mind her
clients’ best interests and the responsibility that real estate professionals have towards
their clients to help them reach their ultimate goal. In so doing, she uses a dynamic
approach in real estate to produce excellent results for her clients. Laly is a member of
the Florida Realtors Association, the National Realtors Association, a CCIM Candidate,
and has received a National Women’s Business Enterprise Certificate.

Laly received her bachelor’s degree in Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences at Florida
International University, and concentrated in the field of Microbiology. Previously, her
work experience included the administration of a Miami based law firm for 15 years.
Working in different industries has allowed her to develop skills to master the demands
of any transaction and to help clients navigate the evolving real estate market with
solution-based approaches to reach successful outcomes.

A native of Cuba, Laly came to the U.S. as a child and was raised in Miami. She has
excellent relationships in the community and extensive knowledge of South Florida, all
of which inures to the benefit of her commercial and residential clients. Laly has raised
and educated three children, all respected and successful professionals. She resides in
Key Biscayne and she is committed to the South Florida community, having been
involved in various community and charitable causes.
