Anabel Tellez

As a lifelong resident of Denver, my passion for real estate began in 2000 when I purchased my first home in Colorado. I was immediately drawn to the process—exploring different homes, designs, and possibilities. That passion quickly turned into confidence when I successfully negotiated one of my own home purchases and secured an incredible deal. From that moment on, I knew I had found something special.

I went on to help my two siblings purchase their first homes in the wonderful Reunion community, and through multiple successful transactions, I discovered that negotiation and getting offers accepted come naturally to me. Today, I continue to refine those skills to ensure my clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 21 years as a registered dental hygienist, where I was recognized for my exceptional bedside manner and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Those same qualities—compassion, patience, and attentiveness—now define my approach to real estate. I take pride in truly listening to my clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them with care and confidence through every step of the process.

On a personal note, I’ve been married to my incredibly supportive husband for over 29 years. We are proud parents to two sons, ages 27 and 19, and we share our home with our beautiful and intelligent German Shepherd, Zora. Recently, we’ve been blessed with a new joy in our lives—our 21-month-old granddaughter, Ophelia. In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries and spending quality time with family and friends.
