Born in Yerevan, Armenia, and raised in Glendale, California, Anahit Grigoryan’s upbringing deeply influenced her social, caring, and energetic nature. Her transition into the real estate market was marked by a series of explorations, from initially pursuing medicine to navigating the fashion and financial sectors before finding her true calling in real estate. With a diverse background spanning marketing, business, retail, finance, and entrepreneurship, Anahit brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Settling in Glendale in the early 2000s, Anahit immersed herself in the community, building her career from volunteer work at Glendale Memorial Hospital to retail positions at the Americana at Brand and roles in banking at Chase and Comerica. It was during her time in lending that her interest in real estate was piqued, leading her to transition into entrepreneurship before ultimately embracing her passion for real estate in 2020. Today, Anahit thrives as a trusted advisor, guiding families and individuals through the home buying and selling process while building their real estate portfolios.
