A SoCal native, Anahita has assisted with real estate acquisitions, property design and development, and residential property management throughout the past twenty years. Having received her undergraduate degree from U.C. San Diego and graduate degrees in both law and psychology from Pepperdine University, Anahita understands the level of professionalism and relational rapport that every real estate transaction requires.
Anahita is licensed with the State Bar of California and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, in addition to the California Department of Real Estate. She’s a certified Mediator and certified Probate & Trust Specialist and utilizes her communication and negotiation skills to assist buyers and sellers with the challenges inherent in a competitive real estate market.
