His natural talent for the industry quickly propelled him to Top Producer status, earning him recognition for his exceptional sales volume and market acumen. In 2003, he expanded into the financial sector, joining Saab Financial before becoming Vice President of Emerging Markets at Pinnacle Financial. There, he excelled as the company’s No. 1 producer, surpassing $144 million in sales annually and developing a sharp analytical approach that would later enhance his real estate strategies.

Perez returned to real estate in 2009, founding District One Properties in Alexandria, Virginia.
