Andrea Bayewitz

Twenty-two years ago, Andrea caught “Potomac Fever” when she moved to the DC area from upstate New York and now she cannot imagine living anywhere else! She has loved watching the continuous growth and change to the neighborhoods in and around Washington DC, while raising three daughters in Bethesda and Chevy Chase.

Trained as a therapist, Andrea worked in R&D for a psychological testing company and then transitioned to test development for construction licensing. Andrea has a passion for real estate and brings to her Buyers and Sellers her gift for listening to what her clients want and need and then wholly committing herself to the accomplishment of their specific goals while expertly navigating their buying and selling process painlessly.

Andrea is licensed in MD and DC, lives in Chevy Chase, loves volunteering with Children’s National Medical Center and enjoys dance, theater, reading, and writing.
