About Rachel

HI THERE, I'M RACHEL!

I’m a native Washingtonian, a University of Washington graduate (Go Dawgs!), and currently reside in the beautiful North Seattle neighborhood of Maple Leaf. 

I got house hack fever back in 2020, and by mid-2021, my husband and I had gone from condo living to having completed a whole home renovation and ADU build. While it was a massive undertaking, the rental income from the property allowed us the financial freedom to spend 6 months traveling the world. Since then, I’ve become a real estate agent, started spreading the house hack gospel and have added another (out of state) property to our portfolio. 

Real estate is my passion and I take pride in helping others navigate this market successfully. I’ve experienced firsthand how owning real estate can allow one the freedom to live life to its fullest and am honored to help others on their path to financial independence. 

Outside of real estate, I love traveling with my husband and our sweet Cavapoo Pepper. When we aren’t jet-setting, you can find us exploring the PNW in our camper van.
