About Andrea
Andrea prides herself going above and beyond for her clients, who rely on her to make the selling and buying process a straightforward and seamless experience. When it comes to selling, Andrea stages her client's home to its full potential using her exceptional creativity and eye for detail.
She tunes in with the wants and needs of her clients, creating a long lasting relationship with them far beyond the closing.
When working with buyers, Andrea is involved from beginning to end. She is hands-on from making the offer to attending inspection and pre-closing follow up, including punch list items in new construction homes. Given her attention to detail, Andrea also assists with the selection of finishes.
Andrea’s passion for real estate began in 2004 while working for DePaul University’s Real Estate Center. It was there she learned the different facets of the real estate industry, and became especially fascinated with the Chicago real estate market. One of her most rewarding roles was to advise and guide real estate students on their career path. This allowed her to gain a unique perspective on real estate from the side of an advisor and expert and now informs her current role helping clients navigate the market.
Although born and raised in Germany, Andrea calls Chicago her hometown after living in the Windy City for twenty years. Living and exploring the city, especially the north side neighborhoods, is still one of her favorite things to do, and allows her to help her clients to find the perfect place to call home.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from DePaul University, and received a Master of Business Administration during her career at DePaul.
