Andrea Loban

A Minnesota native, Andrea Loban developed her lifelong passion for the outdoors through childhood canoe trips in the Boundary Waters and summers spent near the headwaters of the Mississippi River. After earning her degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she ventured west to Durango, Colorado, and southeastern Oregon, guiding rock climbing, mountaineering, and rafting expeditions.

In 1998, Andrea moved to Jackson Hole and began her real estate career in marketing, working alongside a top luxury residential broker. A year later, she and her husband, Jeff, built their home in Victor, Idaho, where they raised their two sons and fully embraced the Teton Valley lifestyle of skiing, biking, and river days just beyond their doorstep. She also coached the local mountain bike team, mentoring young athletes and giving back to the community she calls home.

Now with 27 years of real estate experience, Andrea brings refined negotiation skills, strategic market insight, and deep regional knowledge to every transaction. As part of Fall Line Realty Group, a firm with more than 50 years of combined experience, she has built a reputation for consistency, professionalism, and results.

Andrea has been awarded for excellence for 11 consecutive years and has been recognized as a Top Producer in Teton Valley, Idaho and Wyoming for six consecutive years (2020–2025). She has also earned national distinction on the RealTrends Top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States for four consecutive years (2022–2025). In 2025, she was further honored with a  Professional Excellence Award, underscoring her continued leadership and high-level performance.

Throughout her career, Andrea has successfully represented buyers and sellers in vacant land, residential, and commercial properties across Victor, Driggs, Alta, and Tetonia. Her approach is rooted in integrity, discretion, and client-first advocacy. With nearly three decades of experience and a sustained record of top-tier production, Andrea continues to set the standard for trusted real estate representation in Teton Valley.
