Andrea Loban

A Minnesota native, Andrea Loban developed her lifelong passion for the outdoors through childhood canoe trips in the Boundary Waters and summers spent on the Mississippi Headwaters. After earning her degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she ventured west to Durango, Colorado, and southeastern Oregon, where she guided rock climbing, mountaineering, and rafting trips.

In 1998, Andrea moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she began her real estate career in marketing, collaborating with a top high-end residential realtor. A year later, she and her husband, Jeff, crossed the pass to Victor, Idaho, where they built their home and raised their two sons, Cole and Nash. Andrea feels incredibly fortunate to have raised her family in the tight-knit Teton Valley community, with hiking, biking, and skiing right out the back door. She also spent a couple of years coaching the local mountain bike team, sharing her love of outdoor sports with young athletes. You’ll often find her on the trails and rivers exploring all that the valley has to offer.
