Real estate is rarely just about property. It’s about transition. Helping people navigate transition has been the theme of my professional life.

I’ve lived in the South Bay since 1998 and have been a licensed Realtor since 2013. Our family has called Manhattan Beach home since 2007. Before real estate, I spent 15 years in corporate marketing and organizational change and development, which taught me the value of process, communication, and client care in every interaction. What I’ve learned is that most people don’t need more information; they need the right information, clearly explained, at the right time. My job is to make sure nothing surprises you and nothing gets dropped.

The clients I work best with are people making meaningful transitions, like families relocating to the South Bay, empty nesters ready for the next chapter, individuals navigating a sale during a complex personal time. They want a calm, prepared advisor who will stay present through every step and tell them the truth. 

A meaningful part of my practice is working with women who are navigating a major financial decision and want to work with someone they trust. I take that relationship seriously, and I work at your pace, with complete transparency, so you feel confident in every decision you make.

Our community matters to me. I’ve been a Neighborhood Watch block captain since 2014, served on the Sand Tots PreSchool board, the Meadows Elementary PTA board, Neighborhood Watch Area Coordinator and with the National Charity League Pier Chapter. In my free time, you’ll find me with my family, volunteering with my daughters, watching kids soccer or water polo, walking or biking at the beach or skiing.
