She works with clients to develop a preparation strategy, coordinates trusted vendors for repairs and improvements, and oversees photography, staging, marketing, and the many details involved in bringing a property to market.
Once listed, Andrea combines strategic marketing, strong communication, and thoughtful negotiation to help her sellers navigate offers and move confidently through closing.
First-Time & Experienced Homebuyers
Andrea especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and making the process feel approachable and understandable. She takes the time to educate her clients on each step from financing and the home search to writing offers, reviewing disclosures, inspections, negotiations, and closing.
Whether purchasing a first home or making a subsequent move, Andrea provides clear guidance and advocates for her clients throughout the transaction.
Partition & Court-Involved Sales
Andrea has experience assisting with partition sales and court-involved real estate transactions, which can involve additional procedures and coordination beyond a traditional sale.
She works closely with the parties involved in the transaction and helps manage the real estate side of the process, including property preparation, marketing, buyer communication, offers, and the steps required to move the sale toward closing.
Education
Saint Mary’s College - Masters in Finance (MBA)
Raised in the East Bay, Andrea brings a deep connection to the Bay Area and a strong understanding of the communities she serves. She earned both her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Andrea works with both buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area, providing hands-on guidance from beginning to end. For homeowners preparing to sell, she manages the process from A to Z - developing a preparation strategy, coordinating trusted vendors, getting the home market-ready and creating a thoughtful marketing plan designed to showcase the property at its best.
She also has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and understands that purchasing a first home can feel overwhelming. Andrea takes the time to educate her clients, explain each step of the process, and help them navigate everything from their initial search and offer strategy through inspections, negotiations, and closing.
Andrea also has experience with partition sales and court-involved real estate transactions, where additional procedures, communication, and coordination may be required.
For Andrea, real estate is about much more than a transaction. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding what matters most to them, and guiding them through important life transitions with care, patience, and clear communication.
Andrea works alongside her mother, real estate agent Lupe Morales. Together, they combine experience, local knowledge, and a highly personal approach to provide their clients with thoughtful guidance and exceptional service throughout every step of the process.
Outside of real estate, Andrea is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast who enjoys running, yoga, and Pilates. She volunteers as a pacer with the San Francisco Marathon's Run365 training program and enjoys being part of running communities throughout Oakland and San Francisco.
