"I recently relocated out of San Jose. My house was built in 1962. It is structurally sound and remodeled the Kitchen and baths in 2004. So the kitchen was somewhat dated and the living room and bedrooms have not been updated other than paint and carpet.I was in need of an agent that could help make good renovation decisions for 2025. I am no longer living in the area. It was very important to find an agent that knew the current trends and help me decide which items to update and which items did not need updating.Andrea was perfect for my situation. She provided the advice I was looking for and she dealt with the contractors to make sure they properly implemented the work we requested.The house got fresh paint, the hardwood floors were refinished, the kitchen, laundry and entry got fresh floors to match the color scheme.When it was time to list the property we had an open house for 1 weekend and received several offers. She went through the details of the offers I made a decision of which offer to accept.Working with Andrea was great. I would use her again and I highly recommend herā
