Andrea Samulon

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrea Samulon represents buyers and sellers throughout the city. Andrea has an intimate knowledge of the city, including the distinct neighborhoods and and what they can offer her clients. She also has the nuanced understanding that comes from a real estate background, teaming up with her mother who has been a successful agent for more than 30 years.

Her high-level communication and negotiation skills, along with her unwavering commitment to her clients’ individual needs, make her an asset to those she represents.  Andrea is an expert negotiator, drawing upon years of prior experience working in stakeholder engagement and community consultation within the environmental and public health sectors.

She is skilled in marketing and client service, with an innate ability to keep the process focused and successful. Confident and a great communicator, she also is a strong advocate for her clients.  Andrea has a keen eye for home design and is passionate about sustainability and a healthy home environment.

Andrea is fluent in Spanish and has worked extensively in Latin America.  She also lived in Australia for several years, where she was the director of a statewide public health program.

A graduate of Santa Monica High School, Andrea earned her B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her Master's Degree from University of Michigan in Environmental Policy. She and her husband have two children. In her free time Andrea and her family enjoy the outdoors, participating in numerous local sports leagues, and travel when time permits.
