About Andreea

Andreea Leu is a Principal Agent with Compass Real Estate. Licensed for nine years, she worked with some of the top regional brokers and teams before joining Compass in January 2022.

Andreea has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals. She recognizes and values the immense trust her clients place in her, and she strives to exceed their expectations and ensure that every transaction is a positive experience. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, and engaging personality have earned her many repeat clients.

Andreea is a D.C.-area native who spent over a decade in Arlington, VA before relocating to Bloomingdale, where she lives with her fiancée, Paul, and their dog, Sasha. She earned a B.A. in psychology from George Mason University, which informs her keen insight into what buyers and sellers want. When she is not working, she enjoys running, exploring local restaurants and wineries, and baking (which engendered a thriving side business/passion project, Last Born Cakes). She also gives back to her community by volunteering for Lasagna Love, which provides home-cooked meals to local families in need.
