About Andreea

Andreea Leu has been selling real estate throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC since 2013. A Northern Virginia native, she doesn't just close deals — she helps clients navigate one of the largest decisions of their lives with ease. As a Principal Agent with Compass, she's earned a reputation for sharp instincts, meticulous follow-through, and the kind of steady communication that keeps clients calm when the stakes are high.

Her approach starts with trust. She treats every transaction — a first condo, a forever house, a downsize — with the same level of care, backed by a B.A. in psychology from George Mason University that gives her a genuine read on what buyers and sellers actually need, not just what they say they want. It's a big part of why so many of her clients come back, and why they send their friends.

Andreea spent over a decade putting down roots in Arlington before relocating to DC's Bloomingdale neighborhood, where she now lives with her husband, Paul, and their mini-dachshund, Penny. Outside of work, she's usually running, tracking down a new restaurant or winery, or baking — she likes to send clients home with something sweet on closing day.
