For more than nine years, my business has grown one way: clients who trust me with their biggest decisions, and then refer me to the people they care about most. It is the accomplishment I am most proud of, because it can only be earned through two things: honesty and results.
As a South Florida real estate agent, investor, and mentor I have specialized in upsizing and downsizing, luxury residential sales, and investment properties. My approach is built on candid advice and disciplined negotiation, with every recommendation grounded in my clients' long-term interests. I believe the strongest negotiations are won before they begin, so I place a heavy emphasis on strategy and preparation to ensure my clients enter every negotiation with maximum leverage.
As an active real estate investor, I evaluate every property as both a home and a significant asset, advising clients on value, risk, and long-term appreciation. Always keeping in mind that specific client's most important goal.
I have built a team of specialists to support every stage of the transaction, including marketing, photography, and transaction management, while maintaining the personal attention and consistent communication my clients rely on.
Outside of real estate, I am married to the woman of my dreams, and our 70-pound German Shepherd "Puma" has taught me a great deal about patience. I am also an Ironman triathlete and avid cyclist, and I bring the same discipline and preparation to every part of my life, including my client relationships.
