About Andrew

Andrew Coppens believes that real estate should have a real impact, both in the lives of his clients and the neighborhoods of Chicago. He is dedicated to doing that by being of service to his clients through trust and data-driven decisions, while also showing up for Chicago through charitable giving.

Andrew has an extensive background in customer service and data analysis, giving him a unique perspective on the real estate world in Chicago. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to the startup world, where he went from customer service agent to building out an entire fraud prevention department from scratch. It also led him to make a change and go into business for himself via real estate, where he has already put those skills from his previous career to work for nearly 20 families to date while also focusing on being able to help within the community he lives through membership in the Knights of Columbus and various charitable donations.

In nearly a decade of living in Chicago, Andrew has been able to call many of its great neighborhoods home, but has made Lake View his home over the last six years, where he owns a condo with his beautiful bride, Alexis. All that experience moving around the city has also led Andrew to know just how hyper-local the market here in the city really is and that is to your advantage.
