Andrew Dittoe has twenty years of combined brokerage and development experience. This has given him a sophisticated understanding of the ins and outs of property valuations rooted in familiarity with the real estate development process from inception to completion. He has implemented and managed construction operations as well as the sales of large scale projects, including single-family subdivisions, multi-family developments and industrial and office parks. This multifaceted approach has provided him with comprehensive knowledge of commercial & residential development throughout central and southern Florida. Fifteen years ago, Andrew made the decision to focus his efforts on the brokerage side of real estate, establishing an office in Fort Lauderdale Beach. There he has grown the Abode Group at Compass by focusing on all facets of real estate.
Andrew graduated with a double major in Economics & Management and International Business from DePauw University in Indiana. He has been involved in the South Florida real estate market for over twenty years and has extensive experience and education in both distressed and regular sales. He is a member of the Master Brokers Forum, an exclusive invitation-only organization comprised of South Florida's top residential real estate professionals. Andrew further diversified his business 7 years ago when he began working with banks and corporations to list their institutional-owned assets (REO). With the establishment of a dedicated REO Division of Abode Group, he and his team have managed and sold over one hundred REO properties and continue to expand their network to scale their REO business.
A family man, Ohio native and enthusiastic fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Andrew now resides in Plantation and has offices in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea. As a born-and-bred Midwesterner, he appreciates the active, year-round outdoor lifestyle that living in Florida affords. Andrew is an avid runner, swimmer, scuba diver and all around devotee to all activities related to coastal living.
