"I would highly recommend Andy Falconio as a realtor. My husband and I were looking for a second home.We were shown homes we asked to see and others in our price range in locations we were interested in. We put an offer on a home and ended up purchasing. Andy was wonderful to work with because he is honest, personable and hard working. Andy set up times that worked best for us when we were looking at homes. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and the Cape in general and we enjoyed spending time with him as we were looking at homes. Andy arranged for us to go into the house we purchased a few times to get measurements for furniture and followed up with the listing broker to make sure that the point list items were being taken care of. Andy always looked out for our best interests and I believe went above and beyond the responsibilities of a realtor. For example, he recommended banks,attorneys and inspectors for us to choose from which was helpful because we are not from this area. Additionally, a month after we owned the home we asked him to check on our house because a contractor called us to let us know there was water running. Andy drove to our house at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, shut off the running faucet and called me to reassure us. These are just a few of the ways in which Andy helped us out when we needed him.
