Andrew Grimes

A consistent top producer, Andrew has held his real estate license since 1994. A native of London, Andrew has an irrepressible enthusiasm for real estate. With more than thirty years experience, a broad knowledge of the profession and a keen sense for the market, Andrew brings a seasoned architectural designer's skill to the table as well.

A graduate of the UK's Chelsea School of Art, London and Buckinghamshire School of design, Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of interior and exterior architecture and design. Prior to his career in real estate, Andrew spent five years as a senior concept designer for the fashion group, 'Yves Saint Laurent' in Paris designing everything from retail store environments to marketing displays around the world. At the Disney corporation and Universal studios, his creative talents were used to create innovative design schemes for theme park shops and restaurants, along with new theme park ride concepts.

Before putting down permanent roots in Los Angeles, Andrew lived in five different countries and a multitude of homes. He understands the complexities of moving to a new community, or a new home.
