He made good suggestions for minor cosmetic improvements to help stage th property (mostly painting & caulking) and,as we were trying to accomplish all this from New England, he was very helpful with getting good quotes to do the work. We did everything he recommended and he got an offer for the asking price on the 1st weekend!!! Also- with regard to the pricing of the condo- a couple of other realtors gave us prices much lower because they used comparables from the same complex that weren't really comparable. But Andrew did a more in depth search of land records to locate a private sale of a very similar property that supported a better price. He also oversaw the inspection and the appraisal.
