About Andrew
Andrew Lin is an Orange County real estate agent and a passionate advocate for the local community. Having grown up and started his real estate career in the Bay Area, he brings a deep understanding of California's diverse real estate landscape to his practice. Andrew loves the opportunity to guide clients through one of life's most significant decisions, and his negotiation skills and dedication to providing a concierge experience to every transaction are hallmarks of his approach.
Graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Bioengineering, Andrew’s unique background helps him excel in problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions. Before venturing into real estate, he gained valuable experience in communications and marketing at top companies, including Disney, eBay, Yahoo!, and NetApp.
Andrew’s commitment to service is evident in his roles as State Director for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), current Chair of the Orange County Young Professionals Network, current Vice Chair of the CAR YPN Advisory Board, and past president of the Rotary Club of Huntington Beach. In addition, he contributes his time on several local and state committees, including Diversity, Fair Housing, MLS, and Grievance, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact in both the local community and the real estate industry.
