Andrew has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 25 years and continues to be a TOP PRODUCER in Real Estate Sales.  After working in corporate finance for one of Houston's major energy companies, Andrew began his real estate career, providing clients assistance with his well-tuned negotiation and communication skills in their real estate endeavors.  A winning approach and taking pride in providing resources, organization, and can-do persistence has facilitated his success and, most importantly, his clients' real estate success.

With Andrew's drive for success, he has recently earned The National Association of Realtor's® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation as an international Realtor®. Andrew has received the Five Star Professional Realtor award in Texas Monthly Magazine for more than 7 years running. A longtime Boulevard Oaks resident and former Southampton resident, Andrew has expert knowledge in the Rice University area neighborhoods of Southampton, Boulevard Oaks, West University, River Oaks and the Museum District neighborhoods of Houston. Additionally, Andrew has a keen market knowledge and experience working with buyers and sellers in Memorial Villages, Memorial, Tanglewood and inner loop neighborhoods.
